Looking for the perfect lunch spot? Look no further, Tavern and Table is the place to go. With an incredible view of shem creek, tasty food, and great selection of drinks, you can’t go wrong.
Everything on the menu sounded so good, we probably spent ten minutes trying to decide what to order. We ended up choosing the kale and brussels salad, and the fish n’ chips(probably because it reminds us of our kiwi dad). We sipped on Rose’ as we soaked in the beautiful waterfront view on their comfortable patio furniture. The salad was light and refreshing and complimented our fish n’ chips perfectly. The fries somehow disappeared way too quickly… Whoops! HA! A little bit of greens and some fish n’ chips was the perfect Shem Creek combo!
Tavern and Table was designed to “celebrate the food and beauty of Charleston and the Lowcountry,” and we think they have accomplished so.
